Palo? hmm i guess it means musicians or music i like the most...in that case David Foster, Jay Graydon, Bill Champlin, Richard Page, Toto, Steely Dan, Chicago and a zillion others.
Been following this style for 30 years now...got to be friends with David Foster and met quite a few other legends of our music.
I started collecting westcoast music before i knew it was called westcoast, haha...in 1980. I bought Airplay right after its release.
I also love refined brazilian stuff like Pedro Mariano, Ed Motta, Jorge Vercilo, funky soul, smooth jazz....if it is refined, has smart chord changes and clever arrangements, it is smooth, it is up my alley. Thank you for the welcome messages. You sure are a great bunch of music lovers.
